Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our online booking services. By booking an appointment with our clinic, you agree to abide by this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for online appointment bookings made through our website.

1. Appointment Cancellation and Refunds:
   Cancellation by User: Cancellation by the patient/ user is not allowed. No refund will be provided in case of cancellation by the patient/ user.
   Cancellation by Healthcare Provider: In the rare event of a cancellation by the healthcare provider, users will receive a full refund.
2. No-Show Policy: If a user/patient missed a scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Timeline and mode of refund: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, in case of cancellation by the clinic. In a Refund will be made only via UPI. Please wait for 72 hours for completion of the refund. In case, your refund is not processed in the above-mentioned time, please contact the clinic via WhatsApp.

Exceptions:

1. Service Disruption: In the event of a service disruption due to natural calamity or unrest or any other unforeseen circumstances at the clinic, that prevents the user from accessing the appointment, a refund will be provided.
2. Exceptions to the refund policy may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the clinic management.
